Costs

All the following packages include ...

  • co.uk domain name (renewable bi-annually at £12.00)
  • one years hosting (renewable at £30.00 p.a.)
  • image optimisation
  • basic search engine optimisation

You provide logo, photos, artwork and content.
If necessary, I can usually provide artwork, logos, suitable photos and content at an hourly rate of £45.00, plus sources (digital image libraries etc)
Subsequent updates to the page are charged at an hourly rate of £45.00.

A completely static single web page - one that you have no editable control over - is the most cost-effective option of all.

The current search engines, however, favour pages whose content changes from time to time - it indicates a site that is still currently in use, and thus more likely to be relevant for their searchers.

In some circumstances a static web page may still be an appropriate option, in which case, of course, I would be happy to help.

As a matter of course, I only offer user-editable packages these days.

This is my suggested most basic package.

It includes ...

  • home page with email links
  • editable page area - sub-header, text, and image
  • editable page title (important for search engines)
  • editable contact details - phone, email, etc

This package can be tailored to suit your needs precisely - a ramblers club might want a gallery page for instance, whereas a reflexologist would benefit from a testimonials page.

It includes ...

  • home page with editable areas - sub-header, text, and image
  • contact page (rfi form) - more user friendly than email
  • one other editable page - gallery, testimonials, product guide, for instance
  • editable page titles across the site (important for search engines)
  • editable contact details - phone, email, etc, across the site

Additional pages can be added for £50 - £150.00 depending on the page

Larger Sites

Hopefully the above packages will give you an idea of my starting points, in terms of costs. As well as looking at the examples above, my real world portfolio will give you an indication of the range of work that I do. I pride myself in matching my service to the job.
